I have an automation trigger from manychat, I connect with a webhook to n8n and I want the chat process to be followed there with an agent. Does anyone know how to follow this because it hasn't worked for me?

    ​@MBP how far did you get and where are you having issues? Can you send some more details of what you’re doing, what you’re trying to achieve, etc?

    ​@Gustavo Boregio  lo primero que hice fue crear el canal en este caso instagram en manychat lo disparo a n8n mediante el hook la idea es q despues que entre a n8n se conecte a un agente y ahi devuelva el flow a whatsapp

    ​@MBP ok, hay que ver en detalle qué estás haciendo y qué problemas te surgen. Hay un millón de variables que pueden ocurrir según cómo lo estés haciendo, con qué lo estás conectando, etc.
