Hi I’ve just set up my first automation and (forgive me for not knowing ANY terminology - I’m old and don’t really know what I’m doing!) it isn’t replying automatically. The notification that I received a message with the keyword just sits there and i have to log in to manychat and ‘pull’ the trigger to nudge it along. I have activated it and made it ‘live’.
