Automation not trigerring / Manychat even not creating contacts?

My friend, I have exactly the same problem. I've been having this since Monday too. And the support team is very complicated to respond to me every 24 hours.
I was worried because I didn't see anyone reporting it, I thought it would only be on my account. But now they started reporting it.

Same here. I have an automation to trigger when an Instagram post gets a comment. And nothing happens.

I’ve been having the same issues since Monday. No new contacts are being added from Instagram.
