I’ve been using manychat off and on for a long time and it has worked wonderfully for automation. However, the last few automations I’ve created do not trigger and I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong. I had the basic plan and triggering seemed to be no problem. I upgraded to see if that was the issue (paying $25/month), and its still not fixed.
