I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right?

any luck on this? i am having the same isssue.
i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.
the comments to dms work but the dm trigger doesnt work
