When I go to make a new automation, I click all posts and reels, but none of my posts or reels show up in the box. My Ig account is connected. None of my triggers are working new or old.

What do you mean by “I click all posts and reels, but none of my posts or reels show up in the box”?
If you selected the option “All posts or reels” you don’t need to see a box with them because you’ve chosen all of them.
You have a Pro or a Free account? I’m asking that because if your account have the free plan, you only can have up to 3 triggers. Check all the info here: https://manychat.com/pricing
But if you have a Pro plan, try to refresh your permissions going to help section (question mark on the bottom left) and then refresh permission.
