I attempted to add a couple specific keywords for triggers. Unfortunately it was explained that I have to setup a whole new automation just to support keywords, whatever fine.
But after I removed the keywords now my first automation is stuck! I just want it to run when a person sends any kind of message however Manychat is now insisting that it must be a keyword! I don’t know how to reset this and I already have ~23 bubble-steps (or whatever they’re called) setup.
I tried scrolling around and looking for hidden and non-intuitive options and there just isn’t anything. I would really prefer not to have the several hours I spent working on this yesterday to end up being a complete waste of my time.
