I attempted to add a couple specific keywords for triggers. Unfortunately it was explained that I have to setup a whole new automation just to support keywords, whatever fine.

But after I removed the keywords now my first automation is stuck! I just want it to run when a person sends any kind of message however Manychat is now insisting that it must be a keyword! I don’t know how to reset this and I already have ~23 bubble-steps (or whatever they’re called) setup.

I tried scrolling around and looking for hidden and non-intuitive options and there just isn’t anything. I would really prefer not to have the several hours I spent working on this yesterday to end up being a complete waste of my time.

Here are the whopping two steps:

You could set a Default Reply at Settings/Intagram/Default Reply:

 

Afterward, if a user sends a message that doesn't match an existing automation keyword or trigger, this default flow will be triggered.

F, thank you. That just barely saved the day! My confidence in Manychat just got severely shaken because of this bug. I’ll post a new thread for that.
