Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

I’m also looking to stop sending automations permanently to a user! 

 


it’s silly that there’s no way to pause an automation. right now i have to delete it!

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?


The option to pause the automation is really needed.

I do an external call for sending a payment link, and if between the moment the fan clicks the button with the payment link and the moment we receive his payment there's a broadcasting message, then CUF's are overwritten with new values.

So I would like to pause automation for this contact for say 5 minutes.
