Can someone help me, it is driving me crazy! I can set up the automations without any problem but now when I press ‘Publish’  my automation is ‘disabled’ and the automation is not working. They worked perfectly before, I changed nothing and refreshed connection several times? Is there a setting that changed? What can I do?

Thanks for your help

On the FREE version, you’re only allowed 3 customer KEYWORDS. I had 5. I had to delete / disable other triggers using custom keywords to allow for my newest automation to work. Not great… but you get what you pay for with free versions I guess.

Mine is not working either.  It tells me I have to pay to turn on the trigger. I only have 125 contacts. Is it tell you that you have to pay?

Thanks for the information about being allowed only 3 keywords on the free version. I cannot find that information on the website. It says up to 1,000 contacts, but nothing about the number of keywords. This should be made very clear when you sign up. Very disappointing to find out the hard way.

At https://manychat.com/pricing you can find this info… but there's another limitation that isn't mentioned there. On the Free Plan you can only have up to 4 active automations.
