Automation sent message but doesnt get delivered

Hello, I have a Facebook add, connected via Make.com to ManyChat. And there an Automation is supposed send a Whatsapp message to the Leads after a tag was applied (which happens through make.com).

The automation shows that it ran 3 times, for the three leads that I tested. I tested the first message to be a template or regular whatsapp message. But in both cases the receipient didnt receive the message. But in ManyChat it shows as sent.

What can be the reason?

 Hey​ ​@yonatan.langer to start make sure and check that:

  1. you have enough funds on your Manychat Wallet
  2. the user’s phone number is correct and complete
  3. the Whatsapp subscriber is created correctly in Manychat
  4. the flow triggers correctly (you should be using the sendFlow endpoint for this)
  5. you’re sending a paid message template

If that’s all confirmed, follow these troubleshooting steps.
