How do I correct this? Everytime I make an automation with a specific word trigger, and someone send me a DM or a reply to my story on Instagram, the chatbot answers and send them into a sequence. They have not typed the keyword or comment that I used in the trigger. How do I fix that or turn off automatically answering my DMs?
