Everything is set up correctly but it just doesn’t work. The same flows work when the trigger comes by stroy reply, live reply or direct message but comment replies on reels and regular posts do nothing. I have sent a total of 3 tickets to support and I only get the same standard message, even though I have said in the ticket that I have already followed all those procedures.

I have seen this thread 

 and I understand the issue may be out of Manychat team’s hands, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel my pro account because I have no reason to pay for it.

I'm having the same issue! Doesn't make sense paying for something that doesn't work!

I have an instagram message sequence that when someone sends me a message should trigger for messages, story comments or posts but non are working why?

I SEE THERE IS NO SUPPORT ANSWERING QUESTIONS HERE…...does anyone know why the system isnt working for automations?

I am in trial pro and I DO NOT THINK I WILL PAY for a service that is not working and a technical service that does not respond.

So my challenge got solved….I found using the support ticket they were very quick to sort out my issue. IN the settings, go to instagram and them you have to enable the “channel messages” of enable messages and this works now...or write them a support ticket

Did not find the channel messages, is this settings on manychat ?

Hello there, I am having the same issue, all automations set up and published but it doesn’t work.

if you cant find out the solve problem you can try after trigger connect Action instagram optin and then send message to clients.
