I created an manychat account a few days ago and I can't get the automations to work. I've tried every option for troubleshooting, resetting, permission, etc. Can someone please help!?

The first step I usually do on a new account is to do a simple 'Hello World' message and try that.
I trigger it with a specific keyword (something like 'test123'), and simply reply with some text (like 'it works').
If I can get this to work I know that the connection is working properly and I can continue to work on more complex logic
If I can't get that simple trigger + reply to work, I need to go to https://help.manychat.com because there's something wrong with my account.
