I am unable to automate a DM as a response to a comment. Manychat appears to only want to allow me to reply to a comment, with a comment, which I don’t want. I want to automate into a DM so I can capture an email address and start a further conversation.
I have gone through all the troubleshooting and tried to use chatgpt to also help troubleshoot. The only thing I can see, following the walkthrough on the troubleshooting videos for IG, is that on my personal facebook page there is no manychat connected. It’s connected on meta business suite but on the video when you are asked to switch to personal and edit the manychat connection/permissions, there is no manychat. Is the the solve & if so how do I connect it there?
