Hello, I am new to manychat. I would like to know if it’s possible to create a manychat sequence that starts with me initiating a message through FB Messenger. I would like to reach out to my contacts that are having birthdays and send them a special offer if they would like.

Unless you ask your contacts their birthdate and save it in a user field, it’s not possible to do that
