Blacklist/Globally Suppress by Email Address (API)

Hi There,

Am helping a client automate their data flow with ManyChat. They have run into issues with unsubscribed/litigator emails in other platforms and want to ensure that we can sync their list of known litigators and unsubscribed emails with their ManyChat platform.

Is there a global suppression/blacklist feature in ManyChat? And if so, is there a way to automatically update this list via API or in another automated way? I am not familiar with the ManyChat platform/interface, so any insight on this would be appreciated.

You could create a flow with an opt-out action for email, import these contacts via API and send this automation to them.

Or you could also Tag the contacts and exclude them from your email automations/ broadcasts.
