If it's not on your Manychat setup or selected at the Business Manager, I suggest to check if you have another application or appointment booking app connected to your Facebook page that might be adding this button.

Try this:
- Got to https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/settings/messaging
- Check if the right business portfolio is selected
- Lead Forms
- Turn off 'Accept incoming lead forms'
Also check at Suggestions if there's something you don't want checked.
