Try this:

• Got to https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/settings/messaging
  • Check if the right business portfolio is selected
• Lead Forms
• Turn off 'Accept incoming lead forms'

Also check at Suggestions if there's something you don't want checked.

Thank you for the suggestion. I checked to ensure the right business portfolio is selected, but unfortunately, the "Book Now" button is still showing.

Do you have any other recommendations that might help resolve this issue?

@AwaisToor, sorry for the long wait… i didn't saw your last message here before.

If it's not on your Manychat setup or selected at the Business Manager, I suggest to check if you have another application or appointment booking app connected to your Facebook page that might be adding this button.

And, if nothing of this helps, try contacting Meta's support team. Maybe they can help you identify the origin of this configuration...
