Hi,
I configured my bot two weeks ago, and it was working perfectly until yesterday. The bot is no longer triggering for Instagram messages, whether they are comments or direct messages. It simply doesn't respond.
I've checked all settings, and everything is on. The trigger words are correctly set, and I haven't changed anything. I'm at a loss for what might be causing this issue.
I visited the Manychat Status page and saw that there were issues reported back in April 2024. What can I do to resolve this?
Additionally, there are many messages that appear on my phone's inbox but do not show up in ManyChat. I verified that these messages are not in the requested messages folder.
