When I create a broadcast all my test emails are showing in the spam folder. Is this the case for all the emails I send out to my broadcast list of customers? I even followed a very detailed outline to keep from words like FREE etc. I have done everything I can think of even an email test showing a 9.5/10 score saying it’s not spam like. What do I need to do to assure my customers are getting my emails in INBOX, not in the Spam or Junk folder?

I figured it out. When reviewing the initial email in junk folder I then moved it to inbox. I tested with another few emails preview with broadcast, and it automatically recognized in my personal email inbox through Gmail in the inbox folder rather junk folder.
