I have created an automation that needs to go through the SMART DELAY function. However, this function has a BUG and does NOT respect the 10 seconds I set. Most of the time, it takes over 1 minute, sometimes even 2 or more.
Has anyone experienced this issue and, please, knows how to solve it?

Never had this problem. May I ask what's happening after the 10 second delay? It would also help if you could share a screenshot of that part of your automation.
I had some cases in wich I had differente problems between some steps and “rebuild” that part from scratch solved the issue. 😉
On my side, I see that on each iteration of the smart delay, the wait gets bigger.
