Hello, I want to post this as I don’t know if it’s a bug or not.
I have a basic comment → DM setup configured. Altought it is working, for some reason, some users (and only SOME users) can’t see the automated message that is being sent to their DMs. Why is this happening?

pues es raro que lo que te pasa el de forma ‘aleatoria’.. no le pasa a todos.. si estas en la versión free, entiendo que hay limitaciones encuanto a la cantidad de ‘comentarios on posts or reels’ y talvez ese sea el problema.. realmente tengo instagram para cliente (pro) y le anda perfectamente

They just don’t see the message at all, it doesn’t appear (even if I can see it from my side of the conversation).

also, refresh permissions and other basic things are done, right?
And yes, I’ve reseted permisions, followed the troubleshooting guide that is recommended, recreated the flow itself (altought I know it’s not something related with the flow because it’s working for some users and for my test accounts), and made all test on my side I can imagine (maybe Im missing something but it is really strange when it happens only to some users based in randomness)
It’s in spanish but its just a simple “when” comment in certain reels (the ones that I need to be considered) → trigger send the DM with a button link.

me pregunto, ya probaste hacer las automaciones de forma separada? una para cada publicación?
Si, tambien probe en ponerlo solo en 1 reel, y tambien me sucedio:
+1lo que puedo sugerir entonces (además del famoso refresh) es que desconectes instagram y vuelvas a conectarlo
(tienes otras automaciones?)
o sino, desconéctalo de la página de facebook y vuelva a conectarlo.. y despúes renovar permisiones..
si nada funciona, tendrías que enviar un ticket a soporte
Me gustaria enviar un ticket a soporte, pero no puedes enviar tickets tecnicos si no tienes la version de pago… La gracia es que he conseguido un par de ventas y pensaba pagar para automatizar mas cosas que necesito, pero claro, si esta bug como que no es plan 🤣

we are having the same problem we have the “when” in the flow but it still doesnt send a message.
