When I create automations that use buttons I noticed that I would sometimes get messages that said “Get Updates”. It turns out the button text defaults to "Get Updates" on desktop.

 

It seems to work fine on mobile for now so I’ll direct customers there. Is there another way to fix this?

quick replies won’t work for you?


It’s happening on mobile too. Very frustrating


Happening on our accounts too. Quick replies don’t work on IG Desktop either.  The “replies” just don’t show up.
