hi! maybe somebody could help me here. im getting a couple of complaints already.
i created an automation sequence for instagram message which offers 3 buttons. the buttons work but not all the time. i have received about 10 messages telling me the buttons dont work. any idea why?
when i tried on my mobile it worked but not on my laptop.
If this happens only on Desktop, then it’s a known issue, and there is nothing to do about it.
If it’s happening on mobile also, then check if the link isn’t broken or blocked. I usually run tests adding and removing parts of the automation and its messages to try to figure out exactly what’s going on, and if I find it I can report it to support.
