I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

Please did you find the answer i have the same question

You'll need to create one Manychat Account for each client. It's not possible to add multiple client accounts to one single Manychat Account.

This also means that the billing will be separated for each client. But you can be the Owner of each account and pay the bill for multiple clients. 

 

To add a new account, just click on your account avatar and click on New Account:

 

There you configure and connect your clint accounts. And for switch between accounts, just click on the avatar again and select the account you wish to manage.

I'd aso recommend you to and other login methods to your “agency account”…. cause if something happens to your FB account access, you will still be able to login to your Manychat account via another login method.

Both methods are valid, it only depends on your business model:

  • If you wish to manage 100% of the account without even making your clients aware of tools and platforms, you create it yourself and connect it to your client's channels. But this will give some extra work to manage the billing for your clients, cause it changes according to the number of contacts in each account.
  • If you want your client to have access and/or be responsible for the billing of his account, the let him create the account and set you as an Admin. Or you could also create the account, invite your client to the team and keep him as Admin (or even transfer the ownership and stay as Admin - but this will remove some possibilities, such as removing channels from the account).

 

Both options are valid, but you have to decide what's the best one for you. 😉

Last question bro and sorry for disturbing you. What if my Facebook account got banned or something and i have another login method to my manychat account. Fo i lose control over my clients account? And can i connect my manychat account with new Facebook account if my old one got banned

Don't worry. You can ask as much as you wish! 😁

 

Nothing will happen to the account you manage if your Facebook gets banned. And, yes, you will be able to disconnect your banned account and connect a new one to your account (or other where you are the owner).
