I have already subscribed to manychat pro plan but I need to implement in my service a retargeting campaign via WhatsApp and Mail, I don’t know what’s more convinient, to get new tools or manychat is a good option for this…

Depends on what you need…
If you’re starting from scratch then Manychat email will be more than enough.
If you need to integrate your email to your ecomm platform to send transactional emails, or have more complex setups, or want to have full control over the design of the emails, then Manychat will not be enough for you and you’ll need a standalone email marketing tool.

I came here to look at this too. I’m paying for Mailchimp and Manychat now and it feels like Manychat should be able to replace Mailchimp, especially at the higher level of plan I’m now paying for. Would love to see this developed. And to integrate with Squarespace.
