Yes, you can do it via Manychat's API.

You'll need to use some automation service (Make, Zapier, n8n...) to implement this, but it isn't complex.

hmm but as far as i understand it is not possible to get a new customer in an automation like that - it is only supported for subscribers, correct?

I would like to have a functionality where someone can enter my space and then i forward the communicatoin to Manychat and handle it from there.

First you have to create a subscriber or get the subscriber ID if it already exists.

Then you send a WhatsApp automation to them.

In Make (and other tools) it will look like this:

Thank you Fabio, but please forgive me - i am trying to implement it and have tried Zapier and Make but i still don’t get it. My user is an anonymous web-user, so if i create a subscriber the only thing that i would have is some sort of Browser-ID. Would that be enough? Should i store it in a custom field? And please explain what happens in your above Scenario inside the “Find Subscribers by a Custom Field” node.

And another problem i do have: Manychat requires to enter at least phone-number or email to register a new subscriber. When i try to do this the system says “this feature ist not allowed, please contact support”...

​@snoller if your account is on Trial, you need to switch it to Pro.

Talk to support and ask them to upgrade you to Pro, and that should solve it.

If your account is already on Pro, talk to support to know what's happening - they may require some additional information from you to enable these features.
