Is there a way to have a knowledge base where Manychat can retrieve info for my customers?

Yes you can do that @Encuentrame 

You’d have to connect Manychat to a trained AI, like OpenAI’s Assistant’s API or a software like Chatbase.

We’ve done this for clients, and we also have templates to help with that. You can check them out at https://www.superarmeonline.com
