I already work with one e-mail plataform tah does e-mail marketing too. Howewer, Manychat has it all. I can bring leads with automation, I can automatically answer my clients and much more. It is a very interesting platform indeed but I did not find the way to automatically send my customers an e-mail after their shopping.
Could any good soul, help me?

You’ll need to integrate it manually though, using Zapier/Make and the Manychat API.
However, Manychat is not the best platform for Email and Ecomm integrations such as sending order confirmation and other transactional emails.
My suggestion for my clients: use a best-in-class Email marketing software that integrates seamlessly to your ecomm platform, and the best-in-class chat marketing platform (Manychat) for IG/Messenger/Whatsapp/Telegram.

Gustavo, I already work with E-Goi for E-Mail Marketing but as far as I know you understand about this matter. Could you tell me what is the best platform to do it instead of E-Goi or Am I good with it ?
We are a B2B company and we send a lot of e-mail marketing to our clients but sometimes I think E-Goi is to complex, even the automations are too hard to do. But We’re trying.

+6I’ve never used E-Goi before, first time I hear of it.
For Shopify I usually go with Klaviyo, but it’s mostly for B2C companies.
But there are a bunch of options out there that integrate well.
If you’re happy enough with E-Goi and it gets the job done, I’d say stick with it ;)
