I had a ManyChat set up once before, then turned it off. I can’t seem to reconnect my IG account now. I’m stuck in the loop of add an account...go through all the steps...’your account is already connected’...but no channels are added, all I see is the ‘add an account’ button again. I’ve removed permissions on FB and IG, re-added them, cleared cookies. I’m not sure what else to try.

In this case, I'd recommend opening a ticket to the support team. Maybe they can check what's causing it.
