Hi!
I currently have a personal instagram account and a professional one that are linked under one email on instagram - in the app I jump between them with ease.
Every time I try to set-up Manychat it brings up my personal instagram account with no way of getting to my professional one and tells me I need to switch to a professional account.
How do I link Manychat to my professional instagram account if it never comes up?

But its not only manychat, I cannot switch to or log into my professional IGaccount anywhere else than the IG app on my phone. Only get the message that it doesnt exist. I can go to the profile as anyone else can, but log into it is a no go

Hello, i literally just figured this out. since you have to make different passwords for different accounts even if you use the same email, all you ahve to do to use a specific account is use the email and password associated with the account. but make sure you are signed out on the browser otherwise it will kep trying to get you to use the same account.
