Can team members initiate instagram DMs through Many Chat?

Our company is trying to merge all the Instagram accounts we have from different locations to have one central account. The location owners said they still want to be able to initiate DMs. Is there a way for a team member to initiate a new DM to an account that may or may not be a follower?

​@Kenzi not from Manychat, but they can still initiate conversations from the IG app manually, even with Manychat connected.

I’ve used this strategy to do outreach to potential brand ambassadors for example.
