Hi ManyChat community. I NEED HELP! I am just getting started with ManyChat, but am unable to connect both my IG & FB accounts. I have both personal and business accounts for both, and when I go to connect, only my personal accounts show up, and ManyChats is suggesting I need to switch those into business accounts….but I already HAVE business accounts. The troubleshooting & FAQ page is not helpful. 😕
UPDATE: I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

I suggest you either login to the Facebook account with access to the Business Manager, or login to your business IG account in your browser (using the user and password). This should ensure you're able to select the correct account when connecting to Manychat.

Hallo! I've been trying to link my business Instagram account to Manychat for three days. I deleted the incorrect Instagram profile and want to connect my second one. When I try to link, it doesn't open my business account and always displays "Person not found." My business account is linked to Facebook, and the permissions on Instagram are correct. I'm getting very desperate because I just can't find the error. Can someone help me?
