Hello there,

I would like to export my contact data to google sheet. Everywhere in Q&A says I have to set up an action block then broadcast them to the contacts…(Frankly speaking,  it is not intuitive) But I cannot find the Broadcast tap on the left.

Is it a Trial account thing or the broadcasting function has been sunsetted for good?

​@uthmod you can't see the Broadcast option if you're using a channel that doesn't support it (like IG).

My suggestion is that you either connect another channel (could be a Telegram bot that is easy to create and not connected to Meta), and then you'll have the Broadcast option enabled.
