Hey everyone! I need some help. I am confused about the automations for IG. 

So, I have set up an automation that send someone a message when they comment a keyword. That part works. However, if they don’t buy the product or just click on the link, I have another message that kinda reminds them that they didn’t make the purchase.. I currently have that message on Smart Delay for 1 day after they get the initial message, but the second message hasn't sent out to anyone but 4 people. I am so confused. I have over 70 on passed & over 100 on pending.
