Today, we encountered an issue with processing our subscription payment due to insufficient funds on our credit card.
→ After adding funds and successfully retrying the payment, we lost previous conversations, and the logs did not register any client name attempts from trying to contact us.
Additionally, conversations in the live chat tab were not recorded after the service was reactivated.
 

  • Upon checking the Logs tab, there was no record of the client's/subscriber's name or WhatsApp number who attempted to reach out, nor did their messages appear in the live chat tab after the service was restored.
    → This creates a problem since we have no way of knowing who tried to contact us during this period.

  • In this case, are we left in the dark, just waiting for clients to reach out again?
  • Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to retrieve these contacts from the log?
