Hello,

I’ve successfully used ManyChat DM automations on Instagram posts and reels before. However, it’s recently begun stating that ALL of my posts are collaborator posts - therefore disabling the automation/keyword trigger. 

I am the ORIGINAL post person (poster/post maker?) of any posts on my page.

Why is it saying that I’m a collaborator and how do I fix this?

I’ve already verified that my IG account is a business account and refreshed the connection to IG multiple times.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?
