Whenever I try to save my custom fields collected while the interaction between the bot and the user in my spreadsheet, the file is always empty, no inserted data at all however the file name is chosen right also the name of the column.
Can someone help me?

I don't know why but when I changed the account of Google sheets connected to manychat to another account, the insert operation worked normally and the file is no longer empty.

There's always something that can stop working with tools and integrations… The old “turn off and on again” tends to work for most of these cases. 😅
