Hi guys,

I am a beginner in Manychat and I have a question.

Let’s say I want people to get my checklist when they comment CHECKLIST.
I want people comment “CHECKLIST” ONLY.

I dont want people to get my checklist when they use “checklist” in a sentence. For example, they write a comment “I like checklist” - I don’t want these people to get it.

Is this possible? Any way to set up something like this?

@monerap it's not possible to do this.

The alternative is to use words that they likely won't write in the comments.

For example, instead of ‘CHECKLIST’ you could use ‘LIST1’ (with the 1 at the end). That way you make sure that people who typed that are looking for exactly what you offered and didn’t just mention the word in a sentence.

Thanks, Gustavo! I will use words like LIST1, it makes sense.
