I've noticed that in the Live Chat area, there's information about the post response when someone comments on a post, but there's no way to receive this information within ManyChat as a data field.
It seems that ManyChat can capture this field, but there's no way to use this information.
So, is there a way to use this?
If not, why isn't this option being made available to everyone?
It's a shame since the information already exists.
Also, this feature is already available in other chatbot systems so why not in manychat too?
