Hello! I am trying to get some automations going for facebook posts, so when people comment the trigger word they get a reply but I cant get it live cause whenever I try it pops this message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”
Where can I mark the message as a comment repply or what does that mean, can someone help me! thank you!!!

Did it work out for you - I have the same problem.
It is referring to the automation that you are triggering.
Select the first message in your flow, and change “send within 24 hr window” to “send as comment reply”.
There are also the following limitations on the automation that you are triggering, photo attached :)

Hello everyone! Similarly, I had the same problem and I kept getting a “comment reply” error. I just made a video that should solve it. I hope it helps.
The problem mainly stems from not having a button that the user can click. Adding a button will grant ManyChat permission to start a conversation. Once you’ve added the button, makes sure to change the message as “send as comment reply” not “within 24hr window”.
