Automated comment replies aren’t working. I have refreshed permissions and even disabled the connection and reconnected it again.
It has been working for a few weeks with no issues. It looks to have stopped commenting 5 hours ago.
I have it set up for when someone comments a “keyword” I send them a DM and also reply to their comment saying that I sent them a message, but the reply comment isn’t sending anymore.
I have a Pro account.
If there’s anything you could do to help, I’d appreciate it.
Are all other automations (direct, story) working, except for post comments?
Hey,
This is probably happening due to Meta's restriction to only trigger ONE automation per user. This means that, once you trigger any automation in a post/reel, you won't be able to trigger it again or any other automation.
If you wish to test your automations, something I recommend is setting an extra DM Trigger. This has no execution limits. 😉
