Comments not showing on my feeds,There is 6 comments,but when i opened the comments not showing

I have a problem in instagram when someone comments,The instagram is not detecting the comments

For example if there is 6 comments shown,

when i opened the comments section, the comments aren’t detected

Its been going for the past 2 weeks,Help please

 

There is 4 comments,as you can see

 

 

But when i opened there is only 2

 

I also tried to test by commenting with other account,the comments also not showed at all,only 1 or 2 comments appeared

I’m getting really frustrated and tried all method such as changing the facebook page,clear cache,refresh permission,etc

I also followed the step by step to make automation exactly in the manychat’s youtube
 

And when i turned off the instagram automation,the comments operated normally just fine

But when i turned it on again,the same problem happenned

 

I can’t grow my followers and show my products if this keeps happenning, so please if anyone know the solution of this problem,i’d be really thankful

I’ve done the reports on instagram recently,and currently waiting.

So, the problem comes from a bug in meta and now is currently under maintenance right??

 

Also is there any estimation like when is the maintenance will be done or when is this bug solved??

There's no known estimative to the fix...

The only given recommendation is in the Issue details:

To assist with the quickest resolution, if you notice a discrepancy between the number of comments displayed on your Instagram Page and the actual visible comments, please visit the IG Help Center (https://help.instagram.com/) and report the issue as a technical problem as instructed in this article: https://help.instagram.com/381579045265733

okay,let me know if there is any updates regarding to this bug.I hope this issue can be solved as soon as possible.

 

And i wanna ask, is this bug only happenned to specific accounts or newer accounts??
