When someone comments on my IG post, I can’t see the comment and the automation doesn’t trigger. I’ve tried commenting from my burner account: it looks like only the person who made the comment can see it but no one else. This only happens on some posts with automation and when the comment contains the automation keyword (other comments are posted).
It seems like IG flags any word that I’ve included in my CTA as spam and doesn’t show the comment for some reason. I barely get 5 comments on a post so I don’t think the problem is because of volume, I assume it’s a problem on the IG side because the automation doesn’t trigger at all.
I am able to see the comments in Meta Business Suite. I created a report for IG support.
Has anyone faced this and is there a fix?
