Comments to DMs not working

Hi! I set up ManyChat back in May when I started my instagram account. I followed all the steps correctly and tested it out and automated DM’s sent to people who commented the word I chose. Now my follower account has grown substantially and so I just tired testing automation on older posts before I do a fresh new post. I had friends comment the word correctly and it’s no longer sending the link to their DM. Any insight?? I’m scared to make a fresh post with a call to action with all my new followers if it’s not going to work. 

 

 

Are you on the Free Plan? Cause there's a Keyword limit:

 

 

And… if you have PRO, try putting an Action node right after the triggers and before any message with the IG Opt-In.
 

 

PS: good to remember… each account can only trigger the automation one time per post. For example, if you comment “caramel” and it triggers, if the same account comments "link” afterwards, nothing happens 😉
