Do you or do you not need a credit card for the free plan? The pricing page shows no credit card needed but the directions show that you do need one - and when I try to activate the free trial since it shows us as using 0/1000 contacts, it won’t let me without a credit card. 

We have one account with a paid plan and automations are fine there, but the other account with the free plan will not work account.

I deleted all automations on the free plan - I had tried to set several up but was unable to make them live so they haven’t been used.

Super frustrating that it’s so hard to ask manychat.

The information that you saw on those websites is correct. Let me explain.

If you’re using the Free Plan, you don’t need a credit card, but if you want to try the Pro version for free (using the trial), you need to provide your credit card details.
