Unfortunately, you won't be able to find any help here or with Manychat's Support Team… This is a case in wich only Meta Support may help you.

Something probably flagged your WhatsApp account as spam or something like that.

If you click on that button (Read How to Appeal), you'll see what steps you need to follow in order to appeal this decision from Meta's side.
