Dear All,
I am facing an issue with connecting my ManyChat account to Instagram. The error message states that my Instagram account is already connected to another ManyChat account. Upon checking, it appears that my Instagram is linked to a ManyChat account using an email address, but I am no longer able to log in using that email. Currently, I am logging in via Facebook.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.

Hey @Foodizz try to get access to the other account - you should be able to if you have access to the email address. Once you get access you should be able to disconnect your IG from the old Manychat account and connect it to the new one.

If you can't, and nobody has access to the 'old' Manychat account, then contact support so they can help you out. You can open a ticket here: https://help.manychat.com
