I have a Pro account, but when importing contacts for WhatsApp, not all my numbers are being imported. I’ve already checked the number format, and everything appears correct. I'm importing from a CSV file.

That’s odd… If the phone number is in the right format, it should work as expected. Also check if you're importing the phone numbers as WhatsApp ID instead of Phone. 😉
And if it still doesn't work… I'd suggest you open a ticket to the support team at Manychat Help
