Contact Limit even with Inbox Subscription

chris_zoomlab

Hello,

So our client signs up for the $99 inbox subscription that includes unlimited contacts. Which is the only thing they need for now because they average 6k messages a month.

I can see a limit on the header, and I’m quite bothered by it. Are we going to be charged $315 when we hit that limit even though we have the inbox subscription that supposed to be unlimited contacts?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @chris_zoomlab you DO NOT have unlimited contacts with the Inbox subscription. It’s an add-on to the Marketing automation Manychat PRO subscription.

Hello @Gustavo Boregio

I’m quite confused with this plan. It says here under contact limit is unlimited.

Yes, it’s unlimited, but the price starts at $15 and goes up.

You’re paying for subscribers for the ‘marketing automation’ service, which is standard in Manychat and cannot be turned off.

Then, with the Inbox add-on, you can manage unlimited contacts.

We don’t use marketing automation, and we just use it for live support. Do we still have to pay $315 on top of the $99?

Short answer: yes, I think you still have to pay for Marketing Automation.

Long answer: talk to customer support and ask if there’s an option to turn off the marketing automation features. I don’t think they’ll be able to, but it never hurts to ask!

Thank you so much!

Last question, I’ve been trying to find the support option. That’s why I got redirected here. Can I kindly ask for a support link?
