Hi! Im trying to set up an Automation, but unfortunately it doesn't work, my messages never go through, except my contact is created by clicking on WhatsappURL. Can you tell me why? I'd like to contact People I Import from my CRM System automatically by tagging them.
heres what i wanna get working:
beforehand i built an automation that sorts new contacts imported, and tags them, that would be the first tag that starts a chat.
i tried just messaging all new contacts but these messages werent delivered aswell.
